Sarah (セイラ, Seira) is a supporting character in Suikoden who makes a cameo in Suikoden II. Sarah is a maid and washerwoman who seems to enjoy dealing with large amounts of laundry.
History

Sarah was a dedicated washerwoman working in the town of Kirov during the Gate Rune War. When encountered by the hero, she expressed genuine love for her work and willingly offered joined the Toran Liberation Army upon the condition of receiving soap to take on more laundry.
A series of trades ensued as Sarah eagerly sought the soap, only to realize later that she had an ample supply all along. Despite this, she would join the force as she originally offered. Her enthusiasm to join the Liberation Army might have led her to leave some clothes behind to dry in Kirov.
