| But if I come across any clues about the Sindar, I want out.
Killey is a treasure hunter from the Queendom of Falena. His distinctive red outfit is a cultural tradition from his homeland, and is related to a legendary Crimson Bird of his native culture.
Normally, Killey held a calm and reticent personality but could change suddenly into a dangerous, even violent, man when the Sindar and Sindar ruins are involved. He held a long-standing rivalry with Lorelai who also pursued the secrets of the Sindar. The two were trapped together once in the Deep Twilight Ruins and only managed to escape thanks to the intervention of Viki, who had inadvertently teleported Nash Latkje and others to the location.
Years later, he would appear when the Godwin Faction held a gathering of Sindar experts into order to investigate the mysteries of the Ashtwal Mountains. He would sneak into the Sun Palace and was caught investigating the various seals there and was imprisoned in Agate Prison on the charge of attempting to steal the Sun Rune.
As the Sun Rune War continued on, he would encounter the Prince of Falena and agreed to join the Imperial City Recapture Army seeing as the Sindar and the Sun Rune likely held some connection to the Falenan royal family. Following the war, he would leave Falena, continuing to investigate the Sindar, only to find himself lured back by Lorelai, ending up imprisoned once again thanks to her ploy.
Some years later, after escaping prison, Killey traveled to the Dunan Republic in search of clues about the Sindar. After talking to the hero in South Window City, Killey went to the New State Army Headquarters to confront Alex about what the secrets of the ruins behind White Deer Inn.
After threatening Alex, Killey ultimately found no useful information from the trip and returned to South Window. When he re-encountered the hero, he was asked to join the New State Army by the young leader. He agreed, with the provision that he be allowed leave should he hear any leads about the Sindar.
After the Dunan Unification War, Killey departed the Dunan Republic and traveled to Kanakan, intent on continuing his investigation of the Sindar.
