Teresa Wisemail is the daughter of Alec Wisemail, the mayor of Greenhill. As Alec became gravely ill, Teresa took over his duties, gaining a large amount of popularity and becoming an icon for the town. Following her father's death, the townspeople created the office of acting mayor for Teresa. Teresa also took diplomatic actions on behalf of the principality, participating in the Hilltop Conference in Muse.

Teresa Wisemail held an esteemed position as the daughter of Alec Wisemail, the mayor of Greenhill City. When Alec fell seriously ill, Teresa assumed his responsibilities, gaining immense popularity and becoming a symbol of the town.

Despite her charisma and popularity, she actually held little personal interest in warfare or politics. Following her father's demise during the early stages of the Dunan Unification War, Teresa declined the offer to become the mayor. In response, the townspeople established the office of acting mayor specifically for her.

Endowed with intelligence and an unwavering dedication to Greenhill, Teresa's compassion extended to others. Notably, she entrusted Yuri with the care of Nash Latkje when he was discovered collapsed in Greenhill Forest. Additionally, Teresa diligently attempted to negotiate with the Highland Kingdom until the final moments in a bid to prevent an invasion of her beloved city.

Despite her efforts, negotiations ultimately broke down, compelling Teresa to make a momentous decision – with Nash's support – to engage in battle. The concerted efforts of many led to the successful repulsion of the initial Highland Army assault. Nevertheless, the release of 5,000 Muse City soldiers into Greenhill's custody would prove to be the city's undoing. As food supplies dwindled, the Muse soldiers revolted, plunging the city into chaos.

During the Dunan Unification War, the Highland Kingdom was able to capture Greenhill without much difficulty; however, Teresa was able to get away and hid in the forests behind Greenhill.
In a courageous attempt to quell the violence, Teresa offered herself to the Muse soldiers, who intended to hand her over to Highland. However, her allies intervened, preventing her from falling into their hands. Fleeing to the forests behind Greenhill alongside her devoted bodyguard, Shin, Teresa's failure to escape the Highland occupation weighed heavily on her, leaving her confidence as mayor shattered.

The Highland army placed a bounty on Teresa's head. The New State Army responded by attempting to rescue Teresa. However, Teresa refused to go along with them and intended to turn herself in to Highland in hopes that it would stop the occupation. When she came to hand herself in, a large group of citizens urged her to escape, so that she could one day liberate Greenhill. Convinced by the show of support by her people, Teresa left Greenhill with the New State Army, but swore that she would return.
Moved by the suffering of her people under Highland's occupation, Teresa contemplated surrendering herself and rejected joining the New Alliance Army. Instead, she encountered a populace that fervently believed in her and wished to protect her. Inspired by their unwavering support, Teresa rediscovered her motivation to fight for her home. Pledging to return, she escaped alongside the New Alliance Army.

As a member of the New State Army, Teresa participated in battle and accompanied Riou to Muse in an unsuccessful attempt to negotiate a peace treaty.
As an integral member of the New Alliance Army, Teresa fulfilled her duties as a commander, accompanying the hero in a valiant, though ultimately unsuccessful, effort to negotiate a peace treaty in Muse. After Greenhill's liberation, her cherished home, Teresa remained a steadfast member of the New Alliance Army until the war's conclusion.

Teresa joined the battle to liberate Greenhill, showing a small party of New State Army soldiers how to sneak into the town by using some of the town's many secret passages.
Following the war, Teresa assumed the mantle of mayor of Greenhill. While the hero was meant to become the first president of the Dunan Republic, Teresa was appointed acting president in his absence. Taking on the dual role of mayor and acting president, she tirelessly worked for peace, resolving matters with the nearby Karaya Clan.

Although Greenhill had been liberated, Teresa remained with the New State Army throughout the war, participating in the liberation of the Matilda Knighdom and the assault on L'Renouille.
In SY 461, Teresa was officially inaugurated as the President of the Dunan Republic. Under her wise and determined leadership, the people strode confidently into a brighter future, following in the footsteps of the hero who led his comrades in the noble pursuit of peace.

Following the war, Teresa became mayor of Greenhill anbd made peace with the nearby Karaya before later becoming the President of the newly formed Dunan Republic.

Teresa enjoyed great popularity, especially in Greenhill. As the mayor's daughter, Teresa had been watched closely by the town, even as a child.
