Teresa Wisemail held an esteemed position as the daughter of Alec Wisemail, the mayor of Greenhill City. When Alec fell seriously ill, Teresa assumed his responsibilities, gaining immense popularity and becoming a symbol of the town.

Despite her charisma and popularity, she actually held little personal interest in warfare or politics. Following her father's demise during the early stages of the Dunan Unification War, Teresa declined the offer to become the mayor. In response, the townspeople established the office of acting mayor specifically for her.

Endowed with intelligence and an unwavering dedication to Greenhill, Teresa's compassion extended to others. Notably, she entrusted Yuri with the care of Nash Latkje when he was discovered collapsed in Greenhill Forest. Additionally, Teresa diligently attempted to negotiate with the Highland Kingdom until the final moments in a bid to prevent an invasion of her beloved city.

Despite her efforts, negotiations ultimately broke down, compelling Teresa to make a momentous decision – with Nash's support – to engage in battle. The concerted efforts of many led to the successful repulsion of the initial Highland Army assault. Nevertheless, the release of 5,000 Muse City soldiers into Greenhill's custody would prove to be the city's undoing. As food supplies dwindled, the Muse soldiers revolted, plunging the city into chaos.

In a courageous attempt to quell the violence, Teresa offered herself to the Muse soldiers, who intended to hand her over to Highland. However, her allies intervened, preventing her from falling into their hands. Fleeing to the forests behind Greenhill alongside her devoted bodyguard, Shin, Teresa's failure to escape the Highland occupation weighed heavily on her, leaving her confidence as mayor shattered.

Moved by the suffering of her people under Highland's occupation, Teresa contemplated surrendering herself and rejected joining the New Alliance Army. Instead, she encountered a populace that fervently believed in her and wished to protect her. Inspired by their unwavering support, Teresa rediscovered her motivation to fight for her home. Pledging to return, she escaped alongside the New Alliance Army.

As an integral member of the New Alliance Army, Teresa fulfilled her duties as a commander, accompanying the hero in a valiant, though ultimately unsuccessful, effort to negotiate a peace treaty in Muse. After Greenhill's liberation, her cherished home, Teresa remained a steadfast member of the New Alliance Army until the war's conclusion.

Following the war, Teresa assumed the mantle of mayor of Greenhill. While the hero was meant to become the first president of the Dunan Republic, Teresa was appointed acting president in his absence. Taking on the dual role of mayor and acting president, she tirelessly worked for peace, resolving matters with the nearby Karaya Clan.

In SY 461, Teresa was officially inaugurated as the President of the Dunan Republic. Under her wise and determined leadership, the people strode confidently into a brighter future, following in the footsteps of the hero who led his comrades in the noble pursuit of peace.
