The Canopy Defense Scroll (守りの天蓋の札, Mori no Tengai no Fuda) is a rune scroll available in Suikoden II.

Information

The scroll was embedded with a spell from the Earth and Mother Earth Runes, "Canopy Defense". When used, a strong aura of light would envelop the entire party, completely repelling enemy magic.

Early in the Dunan Unification War, when the Highland Army led by Rowd attacked Greenhill City, Nash Latkje's strategy was to place these rune scrolls on the walls of the city to protect it from attacks by the Highland Army magicians.
