Bolgan (ボルガン, Borugan) is a character in Suikoden II who also appears in Genso Suikogaiden Vol.2. Bolgan is a circus performer who journeys with Rina and Eilie.

Bolgan was a young man with a unique circus act as a fire-breather. He previously belonged to a circus where he learned how to wield a Fire Breath Rune.
