Bolgan (ボルガン, Borugan) is a character in Suikoden II who also appears in Genso Suikogaiden Vol.2. Bolgan is a circus performer who journeys with Rina and Eilie.
History

Bolgan is a young man who performs a circus act as a fire-breather. Previously, Bolgan was in another circus, where he learned how to use a Fire Breath Rune. However, Bolgan ran away from the circus after enduring bullying there, with Eilie's aid and began traveling with Rina and Eilie.
Bolgan became part of the hero's Royal Guard and even wished that the hero would become part of the circus troupe. Bolgan also discovered an interest in learning and studied frequently at the library.
Following the end of the Dunan Unification War, Bolgan returned to traveling with the circus troupe, as well as continuing to study. The troupe would eventually end up in Milit Village where Bolgan would help Nash and others fight off a raid from the fraudulent Fire Bringer.
