Once the [[Dunan Unification War]] broke out, Huan was forced to flee his [[Muse City]] home, escaped with the help of [[Georg Prime]] and found his way to the [[New State Army]]'s [[New State Army Headquarters|headquarters]]. Huan aided the New State Army with his medical knowledge, along with the aid of his apprentice, [[Tuta]].

Huan was a doctor of some fame and was considered to be the best doctor in Muse City. He learned his medical wisdom from Liukan, another famous healer, in the Toran Republic.
