Barbara is a storage keeper. Born in [[North Window]], Barbara moved to [[Ryube]] just prior to [[Neclord]]'s attack on the city<ref>"Barbara is from North Window too, but she had just moved to Ryube when the Neclord incident happened." - Richmond ([[Suikoden II]])</ref>. Barbara is a storage keeper from North Window and a long time friend of Viktor.
