Whip Master (ウィップマスター, Uippumasutā) is an enemy which appears in Suikoden.
Whip Masters usually appear in command of a group of Hell Hounds. As the Whip Master's task is usually to command his hounds, you can safely take out his more powerful minions first before turning your attention to the master himself.
