The Merchants (あきんど, Akindo) are a military unit in Suikoden.
Information
The merchants were a special operations unit of the Toran Liberation Army, led by Kun To and backed by Chandler and Chapman. This group would attempt to persuade Imperial Army soldiers to switch sides on the field of battle through the use of their excellent public speaking and negotiation skills.
