The Phantom (ファントム, Fantomu) is an enemy which appears in Suikoden.
Phantoms appear in Gregminster Palace, usually accompanied by other monsters. Although they're not particularly difficult foes, they can be dangerous due to their ability to physically attack the back row of your party, taking advantage of their high PWR stat.
Information
These jet-black warriors appeareds in Gregminster Palace. When they move, they disappear and suddenly appear in front of their target, ready to strike, sword in hand. Their true identities are unknown, and some speculate that they may be the ghosts of the dead. Although covered in full armor, it was not very thick, due to their lack of physical substance.
It was also reported that they possessed a prized piece of equipment, the Earth Boots.
