The Trial of Disinheritance was a legal proceeding to challenge the legitimacy of the newly crowned Emperor Barbarosa and abolish his right to the throne. The Geil Rugner faction, aided by judiciary Assam in the courts, initiated this trial in the absence of Barbarosa and his supporters.
