This whistle made a special sound that could only be heard by kobolds. It was used by Gengen, Gabocha, and others to assemble a kobold squadron for the 100 Kobolds Attack.
This whistle was not sold to the public, but was obtained as a prize at the "Lumberjack Knot" climbing competition at New State Army Headquarters.
