Tessai (テッサイ, Tessai) is a character in Suikoden II. He is a blacksmith looking for a great sword to reignite his passion for his trade.
History
|
Tessai was a blacksmith who by the time of the Dunan Unification War found himself jaded and uninspired, looked for a legendary sword such as the Star Dragon Sword or the Dragon King Sword to inspire him. When he noticed that Viktor wielded the Star Dragon Sword, his passion returned, and he begged to join the New State Army in order to work on the sword.
Tessai was a talented smith, able to strength a weapon to its maximum level, providing he had the right tools. Following the Dunan Unification War, Tessai's stock as a blacksmith rose considerably and he continued to work at the New State Army Headquarters, dreaming of working with famed weapons.
