The Shredding Wind Scroll (切り裂きの札, Kirisaki no Fuda) is a magic scroll available in Suikoden II.

Information

This scroll was embedded with a spell from the Wind Rune, "Shredding Wind". It was known as the most powerful wind magic scroll.

Using it would create a tornado that enveloped the entire enemy, tearing through their bodies and inflicting great damage.

The maid Ril once used a Shredding Wind Scroll in an attempted murder, activating it from outside a locked room in an attempt to kill Milan Fiori.
