The RaggedOne (びんぼうがみ, Binbōgami, God of Poverty) is an enemy which appears in Suikoden II.

Information

This strange creature has taken on the appearance of a disheveled old man, cloaked with an ominous aura. This, and the meagre amount of potch recovered from its remains, gave rise to its name.

During the Dunan Unification War, these monsters infested Greenhill Principality. It has a dangerous Poison attack but, if defeated, can drop the extremely rare Turtle Plans #2. For some reason cute toy Chicks have also occasionally been found on their person.
