The Sky Knight (スカイナイト, Sukainaito) is an enemy which appears in Suikoden II.
Information
The Sky Knight was a birdman-like monster that lived on Rakutei Mountain late into the Dunan Unification War. Its sharp claws on its hands and feet not only make it dangerous as an attacker but also give it the ability to ensnare an enemy and carry them away.
Apparently, it is possible to find a single copy of the elusive Turtle Plans on its person.
