Jousuton (ジョウストン, Jousuton) is a character mentioned in Suikoden II.
History
General Jowston was a celebrated hero who defended Muse City from an invasion by the Highland Kingdom for over two months. He was also the mayor of Muse at the time.
Realizing the need for a mutual alliance after repelling these attacks on Muse, he proposed what would become the City-State of Jowston in SY 314. The nation, however, was not named after the general but rather Jowston Hill where the initial alliance was formed due to the objections of the Matilda Knightdom in lionizing Jowston as a hero.
