The Chimera (キメラ, Kimera) is an enemy which appears in Suikoden II.
Information
The Chimera is a monster with a bizarre shape. It has three heads: a bird's, a goat's and a lion's. It also has bat-like wings and a snake's tail. These fearsome creatures were spotted at L'Renouille Palace towards the end of the Dunan Unification War. Since it has only been seen in the Imperial Palace, it is assumed that it is a magical beast created by some kind of mystical power.
Its powerful fire magic and other attacks make it difficult to defeat, even for veteran warriors. Difficult to come by items such as the Lucky Ring and Blood Armor have been discovered on the bodies of Chimera that such warriors have managed to fell.
