Jousuton (ジョウストン, Jousuton) is a character mentioned in Suikoden II.

History

General Jowston was a celebrated hero who twice protected Muse City from invasion by the Highland Kingdom. He was also the mayor of Muse at the time.

Realizing the need for a mutual alliance after repelling these attacks on Muse, he proposed what would become the City-State of Jowston in SY 314. The nation, however, was not named after the general but rather Jowston Hill where the initial alliance was formed.
