Quincy, a skilled and remarkably handsome hunter, resided in the forested regions of the [[Scarlet Moon Empire]] with the aspiration of achieving recognition for his abilities.
 
During the course of the [[Gate Rune War]], Quincy experienced discontent due to the detrimental impact of the [[Imperial Army]]'s actions on his hunting grounds. Despite his grievances, he refrained from joining the [[Toran Liberation Army]], primarily attributing his decision to the perceived small size of the force and his unwillingness to partake in what he deemed a futile struggle.
