The Guard Robe (ガードローブ, Gādorōbu) is a type of equipment available in several games of the Suikoden series.
The Guard Robe is a good early-game armor, especially for potential magicians in the party due to the large boost it gives to the MGC stat.

As such, the Guard Robe is a common garment of magicians everywhere. It is also popular with general travelers, despite its price, due to its protectiveness being greater than ordinary robes.
