Fitcher played a vital role in aiding the [[New State Army]] in [[Greenhill]], providing forms for them to pose as students and aiding [[Shin]] and [[Nina]] in escaping. Fitcher became the acting mayor of Muse during the [[Dunan Unification War]], after Jess abdicated from the position.
