Fitcher was a politician who worked in [[Muse City]] and was third in line for the role of mayor at the time of the [[Dunan Unification War]]. Despite being quite intelligent and an expert at negotiation and conversing, Fitcher used his scruffy appearance and a dummy act to try to make people underestimate him.
