Biography
Gary (or perhaps Edward) was the name of a man brought up in a heated conversation between Valeria and Anita during the Dunan Unification War. This person was someone Anita was involved with in the past. She once missed a sparring match because of this man, to Valeria's consternation.
Anita claimed she broke things off with Edward (or perhaps Gary) but Valeria suggested perhaps he had grown tired of her instead, much to Anita's fury.
Trivia
In the 1999 English language localization, this person was named "Kain or Edward", making it a Final Fantasy IV reference.
