Sancho (サンチョ, Sancho) is a supporting character who appears in Suikoden. Sancho is the faithful squire of Maximillian, leader of the Maximillian Knights.
History
|
Sancho was a former knight who found his calling as the devoted squire to the distinguished Maximillian. Tasked with tending to Maximillian's everyday needs, Sancho served his master with unwavering loyalty. His family had apparently served Maximillian's for generations.
When Maximillian embarked on a mission to aid the Toran Liberation Army in their attack on Moravia, Sancho faithfully accompanied him, leading them to join the army upon encountering its esteemed leader at the Northern Checkpoint.
Always anxious for his master's well-being, Sancho shadowed Maximillian, a constant guardian of his safety. Despite his unease, he never allowed his anxiety to falter his unyielding faith in his beloved master. Even after the culmination of the Gate Rune War, Sancho remained dutifully by Maximillian's side, serving him diligently.
During the Dunan Unification War, however, an unfortunate circumstance arose when Sancho was away visiting his home, rendering him unable to attend to Maximillian during this crucial period. Nevertheless, his dedication and loyalty remained unwavering, and his bond with Maximillian remained steadfast despite the distance.
