With his strong-willed and inquisitive nature, he maintained a deep sense of pride in his creations. He was always looking for challenging new work in order to improve his skills.


During the [[Gate Rune War]], Gen was approached by the [[Toran Liberation Army]] to build a boat that could traverse the [[Rapids of Dunan]]. Gen, with the aid of Kamandol, was able to put such a craft together and would join the Liberation Army soon after. During the war, he would serve as a commander in the [[Carpenters]] unit. Later in the war, he would create a further enhanced ship, capable of great speeds.
Gen was also a neighbor of [[Kamandol]], and while they often engaged in heated arguments and appeared to dislike each other, they shared a bond of mutual understanding and camaraderie.


Following the conclusion of the Gate Rune War, Gen returned to Teien to continue his line of work.

Gen was a highly skilled shipwright residing in the town of Teien. Known for his exceptional craftsmanship, he took immense pride in his work.
