Gabocha is a young [[Kobold]] who was a huge fan of [[Gengen]]. One day, Gabocha met Gengen when the hero was in [[Two River]]'s Kobold district with [[Riou]]. Gabocha was inspired by Gengen's tales of battle and wanted to see him in action, but Gengen insisted that Gabocha stay put.
Fitcher was a politician who worked in [[Muse City]] and was third in line for the role of mayor at the time of the [[Dunan Unification War]].  
Despite being quite intelligent and an expert at negotiation and conversing, Fitcher used his scruffy appearance and a dummy act to try to make people underestimate him. He was a man of little pride and always looked to the long term. As a result, he had no problem surrendering or debasing himself temporarily to secure an advantage later.


Gabocha appeared to obey, but later followed Gengen and Riou into the [[New State Army]]. There, Gengen taught Gabocha several skills, including how to use a sword<ref>”Captain Gengen showed me how to use a sword today.
