The blood of youth is bubbling back!

Kun To is a merchant living in Kirov who made his living through sea tradeand was said to own at least ten boats. In addition to his dealings through trade, Kun To was also willing to smuggle cargo, although the crackdown on such activities by the Scarlet Moon Empire prevented Kun To from doing much such activity during the Gate Rune War. An old friend of Tai Ho, Kun To employed Tai Ho in the past and felt indebted to Tai Ho for some unspecified service.
Following the conclusion of the war, Kun To assumed the leadership of the Merchant's Guild within the newly established Toran Republic. In this position, he wielded significant influence, and some speculate that his true motivation for supporting the Liberation Army was to gain power within the new republic.

During the war, Tai Ho travelled to Kirov and asked Kun To if the Toran Liberation Army could use 10 of his boats. Though hesitant to do so due to the Scarlet Moon Empire's naval crackdown, Kun To agreed. When he realized that Tai Ho was a member of the Toran Liberation Army, he decided to join with him, becoming part of the merchant unit. During his time with the Liberation Army, Kun To commented that as a sea-faring merchant, he hoped there would soon be peace.
Moreover, Kun To continued to assist his friend Tai Ho, this time by offering him employment and aiding his escape from his wife, Kimberly. He facilitated Tai Ho's journey to the City-States of Jowston, ensuring the continuation of their enduring friendship and mutual support.

After the war ended, Kun To became the head of the Merchant's Guild in the newly-founded Toran Republic, where he is said to wield much power. He also continued to help his friend Tai Ho, this time helping Tai Ho run away from his wife Kimberly by becoming his employer once more and sending him to the City-State of Jowston.
