Mace, known as the master blacksmith, was known as the greatest blacksmith with several disciples of his own before he disappeared without warning. Mace moved to the isolated [[Seek Valley]], working in solitude and perfecting his technique.

Mace's disciples, [[Maas]], [[Meese]], [[Mose]] and [[Moose]] were able to rekindle Mace's passion and convince him to come out of retirement and serve the [[Toran Liberation Army]]. He was able to forge weapons to their highest level.
