Fukien served as the Head Monk of [[Qlon Temple]]. His long training as a monk appearently gave him some measure of insight into the flow of the world and the essence of things.
 
At some point, the virtuous Fukien became aware of the [[108 Stars]] and predicted the gathering of the 108 Stars under the [[Starmaster]].
