Tomo was the daughter of [[Tsai]]. She was a strong-willed young woman with rustic personality who cared deeply for both her parents. She had inherited her mother's looks and was trained in the use of the spear by her father. After her parents separated, Tomo would try to reunite her mother and father.

Although Tomo shoehorned her way into the New State Army, she fought very hard alongside her father throughout the [[Dunan Unification War]], proving her worth in battle many times over.
