History

Hah. Commander Hero, looks like we're just in time.

—  Chief of the Dwarves

The Chief of the Dwarves is the leader of the Village of the Dwarves. His long beard and sharp gaze give him the dignity of a chief. He was a man of principle who keeps his promises and laughed often.

Though someone biased against elves and humans, the Chief of the Dwarves nevertheless decided to hear Kirkis out when he and the Toran Liberation Army came to the Village of the Dwarves seeking his aid.

Though hesitant to believe that Kwanda Rosman could have infiltrated the Dwarves' Vault to steal the Burning Mirror, the Chief of the Dwarves told them if they could infiltrate the Dwarves' Vault themselves and retrieve the Flowing Water Cane, he would believe their story.

Ho ho ho! Stay in school, kids.

When Kirkis and McDohl retrieved the Flowing Water Cane, the Chief of the Dwarves was forced to believe their story and began to prepare the Firewind Cannon.

Though unable to build the Firewind Cannon in time to stop Kwanda Rosman from using the Burning Mirror on Lukie Ende Towayo, the Chief of the Dwarves used the Firewind Cannon against Kwanda Rosman after the Battle at Pannu Yakuta, claiming that was what Kwanda got for stealing and noting that he had got there just in time.

Near the end of the Gate Rune War, the Chief of the Dwarves arrived on the battlefield immediately following the last battle, noting once more that he had arrived in time.
