Goetsu (ゴエツ, Goetsu) is a minor character who appears in Suikoden II. He is a chef who participated in a cook-off.
History
Goetsu was the second cook to challenge Hai Yo at his restaurant in the New Alliance Army Headquarters. He was a friendly chef with no affiliation with the Black Dragon Group and wished to challenge himself in order to master the way of taste.
After his defeat to Hai Yo in a cook-off, Goetsu passed his Buttered Clams recipe to Hai Yo.
