Goetsu (ゴエツ, Goetsu) is a minor character who appears in Suikoden II. He is a chef who participated in a cook-off.
History
Goetsu was the second cook to challenge Hai Yo at his restaurant in the New Alliance Army Headquarters. He was a friendly chef with no affiliation with the Black Dragon Cooking Clan and wished to challenge himself in order to master the way of taste.
After his defeat to Hai Yo in a cook-off, Goetsu passed his Buttered Clams recipe to Hai Yo.
