Ostensibly an inn keeper based on [[Mt. Tigerwolf]], in actuality Ledon would serve [[Robber's Tea]] in order to rob unconscious patrons of their valuables.
 
He did relish his work and he saw his announcement of the tea's name after his victims consumed it as something of a victory blow against a foolish foe. However, he had a code never to kill people, and some would describe him as having an innocent side despite his activities.

Ledon is a former Mt. Tigerwolf bandit who used [[Robber's Tea]]<ref>"It's a special Mt. Ledon (ルドン, Rudon) is a supporting character in Suikoden. Ledon was a bandit who would rob travellers at his inn on Mt. Tigerwolf.
