Jinkai (ジンカイ, Jinkai) is a minor character who appears in Suikoden II. He is the Grand Wazoo of the Black Dragon Cooking Clan.
History
Jinkai was the leader of the Black Dragon Cooking Clan and one of its four grand masters, known as Jinkai of Genbu. He attempted to use the Moon Bird Recipe along with Retso in his Dragon Plan.
