Kinua (キヌア, Kinua) is a character mentioned in Suikoden II. He is the father of Lucia.
History
Kinua was the father of Lucia and her predecessor the leader of the Karaya Clan. He is said to have been assassinated in a plot concocted by Teresa's father, Alec Wisemail, and Gordeau of the Matilda Knights.
His death was apparently intended to weaken the position of the Karaya Clan who had competing land claims with Alec and Gordeau. However, Lucia was a strong leader in turn and the death of her father led her to view the City-States of Jowston as an enemy.
