The Chief of the Elves ruled the [[elf|elven]] [[Village of the Elves]]. He was a zealous believer in the superiority of the elves over all other races of the [[Great Forest]].
 
The grandfather of [[Sylvina]], the Chief of the Elves ignored the threat of the [[Scarlet Moon Empire]] as he viewed the non-elven nation as inferior and unthreatening.
 
He mocked those who warned him of [[Kwanda Rosman]]'s plans to destroy the community with the [[Burning Mirror]] and even imprisoned those who tried to warn him such as [[Kirkis]] and [[Valeria]].
