The Minister (だいじん, Daijin) is an exceedingly minor character in Suikoden. He was a minister in the latter days of the Scarlet Moon Empire.
History
This person was a minister of the Scarlet Moon Empire. During Teo McDohl's audience with Emperor Barbarossa, the minister was positioned to the left of the Emperor and informed the audience of the political events occurring.
He is not seen following this initial audience but it is said that he was a person who played a key role in the political affairs of the Scarlet Moon Empire.
