Medicine (おくすり, Okusuri) is the standard HP restorative item throughout the Suikoden series. It usually heals 100 HP and is normally purchased in bundles of six.

In the Grasslands, medicine can also be graded based on effectiveness from D to A, with Medicine A being the highest and most potent type.
