This card was released as card number 264 in the Premium Pack release with artwork by Ishikawa Fumi. It was card number 007 in the set.
Its card text and attributes are identical to the original card. That card is card number 009 of the Starter Box & Booster Pack Vol.1 release.
Game Text
This Leader card holds a passive ability. While on the field (i.e. deployed to a non-cleared Mission card or a Facilities card), all character cards with a Royal Army camp allegiance gain +100 MIL.
Perhaps crucially, the card makes no distinction as to whether the card is on your side or your opponent's, the only qualifier is the camp allegiance. Nor is the effect limited to the mission this card is deployed to.
