Jowy (ジョウイ, Joui) is a Mastermind-class character card from Genso Suikoden Card Stories. It is part of the Booster Pack Vol.1 and is numbered 006.
Release Information
This card was available from any Booster Pack Vol.1 and was not available in the Starter Box. It was later re-released, with minor artwork and text changes, as CS2-380/R006 in the To the Promised Land expansion.

This Mastermind card holds an ongoing, passive ability. This card simply add +100 Soldiers to all of the players Character card.
This has the obvious effect of making Mission cards with Soldier clear conditions much more attractive to the player. It plays well with the Mastermind's camp affiliation, the Royal Army, as cards in that camp tend to be already blessed with good Soldier scores.
