Kiba (キバ, Kiba) is a Leader-class character card from the Genso Suikoden Card Stories TCG. It is part of the Booster Pack Vol.1 expansion and is numbered 012.

This card was first released as card number 010 in the original Starter Box & Booster Pack Vol.1 release with artwork by Miki Sato. It was exclusive to Booster Pack Vol.1 packs.

During the Decision Step of a Mission card decided by MIL values, both players must discard Character cards with a total MIL value equal to that of the other players (the player with less MIL will therefore discard all cards on the Mission and the player with more MIL will clear the Mission if their remaining MIL meets the Clear Target).
