Artwork
The artwork by Kawano Junko depicts the hero of Suikoden IV in what seems like traditional Obel clothing. In Suikoden IV, he is never seen in such a costume. This is similar to Ishikawa Fumi's Card Stories artwork of the hero of Suikoden II who also wears armor that is not seen in the respective game. Also, he wears two different blades, in contrast to the two identical blades which he uses in the game.
