Adlai (アダリー, Adarī) is a Mastermind-class character card from Genso Suikoden Card Stories. It is part of the Booster Pack Vol.1 expansion and is the card numbered 003.
Release Information
This card was available from any Booster Pack Vol.1, making it very common, although it was not included in the original Starter Box. It was later re-released, with minor artwork and text changes, as CS2-377/R003 in the To the Promised Land expansion.

This Mastermind card holds an ongoing, passive ability. This card makes it so that Craftman cards can be used on Mission cards without any allies. Basically, this means that all Craftman cards can now function as Leader cards for the purposes of beginning missions.
This ability, combined with the CON +1 bonus for all Craftman cards makes this Mastermind perfect for a Craftman focused deck. This Mastermind card has no camp affiliations.
