Mysterious Shadows (謎の影, Naze no Kage) are an event enemy in Suikoden IV. They are "fought" periodically throughout the events of the game.

Information

These are the shades of Rakgi's father and Cray's son, who both bore the Rune of Punishment in the past. Their souls trapped within the memories of the rune. They desire to be released as soon as possible.

Each time the desperate victims are released from their curse, the Rune of Punishment grows stronger in the hand of the current bearer.
