Rakgi was a young boy who helped his mother, Rikie, guard the mound where the Rune of Punishment once stood in the Ruins of Obel while harboring hope that his father, a previous bearer of the rune, would return.
He and Rikie had traveled far in search of news of his father and after arriving in Obel, Rakgi would put his knowledge to good use by becoming a tour guide for hire in the ruins there.
When the new bearer of the Rune of Punishment arrived in Obel, Rakgi accompanied his mother when she decided to join him in order to be close to the rune.
Following the Island Liberation War, Rakgi would follow in his father's footsteps, becoming a great fisherman.
|Keen||You have done well by coming here. In this room, you may confess what is in your heart and accept proper judgement.|
|Rakgi||Oookay...I don't eally understand, but...whatever you say.|
|Keen||Would you secretly inform me about anyone onboard this ship who you think is causing problems?|
|Rakgi||I'll tell you who...Ms. Louise. Ms. Louise was pulling out pieces of paper from the comment box and reading them! I think it was a very wrong thing to do!|
|Keen||Then, would you tell me what you think of the Hero?|
|Rakgi||Yes, he's definitely the leader of this ship!|
|Keen||Finally, quietly confess the things you wish to atone for, or all the things that you are thankful for.|
|Rakgi||My mother is always saying, "let us be thankful for being allowed on board this ship." So, I am grateful!|
|Rakgi||...All right! It wasn't painful at all!!|
|Rakgi||Oh!! ...*sniff* *sniff*|
