This card was released as card number 463 in the original Booster Pack Vol.3 release with artwork by Ōtsuki Beruno. It was card number 066 in this set.
This card was not remade for Genso Suikoden Card Stories Chapter II and so has no Remake Booster erratum. However, like all original cards this card is playable in both editions of the game.
This card's artwork depicts Hugo in mid-battle. The card's name is a reference to the dismissive title Sasarai gave him during their duel in Hugo's Chapter 3 in Suikoden III.
